We have the perfect space to accommodate all your party needs. Our Chandelier Barn can comfortably seat 230 people. It also includes tables and chairs, a full bar, an outdoor fireplace, a baby grand piano, and a wide dance floor. All you have to bring is the fun!

Outdoors, enjoy 180 acres of lush, grassy fields, the perfect background for a team photo. Your rental fee includes 12 hours of venue access, including your setup and clean-up. A list of preferred vendors is available upon request. 

We are conveniently located near Frederick, Maryland, with nearby hotels for any out-of-state employees. Our site is also handicap accessible, with ample parking for all your guests.
