How long is the rental?
Bluebird has a 12 hour rental from 11:00am to 11:00pm. With the last hour (10pm-11pm) being for clean-up and load out only. Everyone must depart the property no later than 11:00pm
Are tables and Chairs included?
Yes. We have wooden cross back chairs for your reception and white folding chairs for your ceremony. We have wooden farm style tables for your reception. Check out our gallery for photos!
Site accessibility?
Bluebird Manor is fully accessible to guests of differing abilities. Ramps and an elevator provide easy access to the indoor areas.
Can I choose my own caterer?
Please contact us to see the list of caterers that we work with. We have a variety of different food options and price points on our list for you to choose from. This is one of the ways that Bluebird helps make your day go seamlessly!
Can I choose my own vendors?
We have a list of preferred vendors who we think are the best of the best! You can choose vendors that are not on the list as long as they are insured and approved by a Bluebird Manor facility coordinator.
Do I need a coordinator?
Yes. Weddings at Bluebird must have a licensed and insured day-of coordinator or wedding planner to ensure the event runs smoothly. Our team will always have a representative on-site to assist with the facility but will not coordinate your day.
Are there hotels nearby?
Yes, we are just minutes away from many hotel options.
Are there restrooms on the property?
Yes, each building has its own ADA accessible bathrooms.
What happens if the weather is bad for my outside ceremony?
Our chapel is available to use as a plan B for bad weather or as your first option!
Is there an area for us to get ready?
Yes! We have a bridal suite (The Nest) and Grooms room (The Tool Shed) both with a shower and bathrooms to get ready for your big day!
Does the venue have air conditioning and heating?
The bridal suite, grooms room, and chapel have air conditioning and heat, but our reception barn does not.
Do you have a decor package?
Yes, please contact us to see a list of what we offer. You can also bring in your own decor, it is important to only bring in what you can get out within the hour of cleanup.
Can we bring candles?
No live flame candles are allowed in the Bluebird Barns. We suggest that guests use battery-operated candles and lanterns at their event. We have all different sizes in our decor package!
Can we leave things over night and get them the next day?
No, everything must be brought in and taken out within the rental period (11am-11pm).
